AR Specialist - Casino Credit & Data Processing

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to join our Casino Operations team as an AR Specialist - Casino Credit & Data Processing. In this pivotal role, you will oversee credit administration, documentation, and monitoring processes for Casino guests and representatives. You will be responsible for processing credit applications, investigating financial disputes, and maintaining accurate records to support compliance and operational efficiency.

This position is essential in ensuring accurate credit processes and providing superior service to both Casino guests and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and document over 2,000 credit applications annually, representing more than $28 million in transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve returned checks, wire transfers, and credit card disputes.
  • Manage win/loss and taxable form requests with accuracy and discretion.
  • Communicate with credit agencies (e.g., National Cred-A-Check, Central Credit Casino Agency), banks, guests, and internal Casino Management.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting departments to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in administrative roles, preferably in banking, bookkeeping, or financial institutions. Casino experience is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred.
    • Ability to handle confidential information and meet strict deadlines.
    • Competence in learning and utilizing new systems for reporting and data tracking.
